Built for independent auto repair shops · iPhone

Ditch the paper. Run your shop from your iPhone.

Curoo writes up the job and the customer message with AI — you just approve and send. Estimates approved by text. Invoices paid faster.

Built for independent auto repair shops. Set up in an afternoon — no training, no IT department.

“[PILOT QUOTE WITH A NUMBER — e.g., ‘Cut my write-up time in half.’]” — [Owner name], [Shop name], [Town] MA · or: Now live in independent shops in Massachusetts.

The problem

The paper ticket is costing you hours.

You write the job by hand. You call the customer — twice — to get the OK. You re-copy everything onto an invoice. Then you wait to get paid. Every hour on paperwork is an hour not spent on cars or customers.

Phone tag

Chasing customers for approvals, callback after callback.

Double entry

The same job written on the ticket, the estimate, and the invoice.

Slow payment

Work finished, invoice late, money later.

How it works

From “what’s wrong with it” to “paid” — in a few taps.

1

Capture once

Customer, vehicle, and what brought them in. Entered once, kept forever.

2

Curoo writes it up

Speak it or snap a photo — Curoo drafts the job write-up and a clear message your customer will actually understand. You review, tweak if you want, approve.

3

Text the estimate

It goes out by text or email. Your customer approves right from their phone. No callbacks.

4

Get paid

Approved work becomes an invoice in one tap.

Why Curoo

Built for the independent shop — not the big chains.

Simple by design

If you can text, you can run Curoo. Set up in an afternoon.

AI that does the boring part

The writing, the re-typing, the “let me explain what a wheel bearing is” message — drafted for you.

Approvals without phone tag

Customers approve from their phone; you see it instantly.

Everything in one place

Customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, invoices — on the iPhone in your pocket.

Priced for a small shop

No contracts. No per-module surprises.

You stay in control

Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any special hardware?

No. Curoo runs on the iPhone already in your pocket.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon. Add your shop, add your first customer and vehicle, send your first estimate. Most owners send their first text-estimate the same day.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. They get a normal text or email and approve with a tap.

What does the AI actually do?

It drafts the job write-up and the message to your customer from what you tell it — by voice, photo, or a few words. You review and approve everything before it goes out. Nothing is sent without you.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Payments are processed by Stripe — Curoo never stores full card numbers. Details: Privacy Policy.

What about Android?

Curoo is iPhone-first today. Android is on the roadmap — join the list and we’ll tell you when.

Ready to ditch the paper?

Set up in an afternoon. First estimate by text the same day.
